We have gone to Rose & Dobyns for various issues; I am not sure I'm using the right terminology on your list. My first husband and I had done our wills with Rose & Dobyns, and a minor real estate contract dispute. He helped later with the complications of a horrible car accident, and other matters since. I only check "4" for value for money because an outrageous amount goes for lawyer fees in this country. It should be based on hours worked not "percentages" (like in Germany)

When I would call the receptionists were always polite & helpful but sometimes it would take the attorney a while to get back w/us if we needed him to call back.

Hired Attorney Richard Federle Jr.

Rich Federle is a horrible attorney. I hired him to represent me to obtain shared parenting in a pending divorce case and the end result was me having to pay child support. He sucks. One word for Federle, collusion.
