Brett Bradshaw represented us in a legal dispute with a contractor. Brett answered all of our questions and gave us excellent advice throughout the entire process. The Lance Law firm handled both of my closings and my estate planning. Bret Bradshaw was on top of things and turn around was so quick. I especially like the fact that their receptionist is a resident cat. People who like animals are the people I prefer to deal with. People seek legal counsel for various reasons...most of them stressful. When you're greeted by a warm, fuzzy soul, it just makes the visit more "at ease." I wouldn't say that estate planning was fun, but petting the cat two days in a row certainly WAS.
