Hired Law Firm

Charles O'Connell what a mess they made out of my fathers will. Charles Sr. asked his son Charles Jr. how to handle tenancy - what a mess! I have a will that NO Lawyer can figure out legally. It is all over the place. I do not recommend this lawyer group. Terrible. My Father though this guy was his friend. They did so wrong by my family.

Hired Law Firm

O'Connell and his paralegal handled the sale of my deceased father's house in 2017. It was a nightmare of constant no-communication unless I was constantly on top of them. There was constant blame-game between his office and the realtors offices. There was never a feeling of real support when it came to ensuring that ALL sides of ALL contracts were followed as outlined at the beginning. It was a nightmare of incompetence and disrespect.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.
