Mr. Bolinske is a graduate of the University of North Dakota (UND) and UND Law School. He is an accomplished litigator, having tried numerous cases to successful resolutions in front of juries as well as those decided by a judge, such as divorce, juvenile or civil matters.
He also is a highly skilled negotiator who is able to resolve many disputes without the need to litigate. This is an important element of his work in both criminal and injury law.
No matter what type of case he is working on, Mr. Bolinske emphasizes clear and constant communication with each client.
