Hired Attorney David Barrett Jr.

I'm a commercial lender with a community bank and worked with David Barrett on reviewing our loan language and reviewing our clients' legal documents for a large loan that we did. I found David to be extremely responsive and professional and he was able to communicate to me his findings in a way that was easy to understand. He was very prompt and completed our review request in a timely matter that helped our client meet their deadline.

Hired Attorney David Barrett Jr.

David Barrett helped me in my personal foreclosure despite the fact that I am a real estate and title attorney licensed in Ohio since 1985. When I became disabled and went into foreclosure David Barrett helped me negotiate a very favorable deal in the action that kept me from having to file bankruptcy and helped me re-establish my credit much more quickly. I used his firm many times and I highly recommend all of the lawyers there and especially David Barrett for always putting clients first.

Hired Attorney Troy Callicoat

I hired Troy to file a lawsuit. He charged me about 8k and than after reviewing my documents told me that he felt a lawsuit would be too expensive and he recommended that I shouldn't file. He could have determined that before I hired him and paid him thousands of dollars.
