Virginia F. Gambacurta is a shareholder and practices in the firm's Birmingham, Alabama office. She graduated magna cum laude from Troy University with a B.S. degree in Business Administration and earned her J.D. from Cumberland School of Law. Ms. Gambacurta's primary areas of expertise involve the defense of premises liability, product liability and transportation cases. She has also represented national manufacturers, distributors, retailers, restaurants and hotels in numerous other areas of litigation, including labor and employment, class actions and complex litigation.
Ms. Gambacurta is a member of Carr Allison's accident investigation team. She is also a member of the Birmingham, Alabama and American Bar Associations, the National Retail and Restaurant Defense Association, the Alabama Defense Lawyers' Association, DRI and USLAW. Ms. Gambacurta is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Alabama and the Supreme Court of the United States.
