I don’t usually write reviews, but I promised Mr. Moore I’d write him one. If you’re having issues, HIRE him. He is worth the money. Watching him work is like watching a lawyer straight out of a tv show. I had a previous lawyer who told me my case was not winnable, and that I’d have to take a guilty plea THREE days before case. I only received discovery TWO days before the case. Mr. Moore took over the case, and I had the case dismissed on the same court date, no continuation. I personally vouch that he is the man you need.
My wife and I went to Tom to help with an Insurance Company who wanted to pay way below the value of our totaled car. We had been arguing with them on our own for a while, but when Tom got involved, things moved quickly and the insurance company cut us a check for what the car was truly worth. Tom was easy to work with and communicated with us regularly until the case was resolved.
Smart enough to get an Insurance company to settle rather than have to a case against Tom. I have retained two times in the Summer/Fall of 2000 It was a bad year for all us. The two left lanes were not moving. All of a sudden a car zoomed over a couple of laps and hit our rear in. I have long term back injury. Right after he hit us I had pain but was just hoping it would go away. The next morning I could not get up. Wednesday morning I call Tom, he wanted a me to go straight Dr. .. I went to a Doctor the morning after we got home. Then I went to a Doctor whom I had previously seen for back issues in the past. The Dr. the thought that that it would be the and safest used for an ablation, which kills the nerve that send of the blasts of pain. I ended up Ablation. Finally the sent me to a couple session of physical therapy session.
I had an attorney before him. They were offering me 10 years with 2 to serve. The other attorney was telling me I had to take it. I hired Mr. Moore and he got the charges completely dropped. Highly recommend.
