Richard A. Rice, a native of Huntsville, Alabama, has carved a distinguished career in the legal realm with a focus on advocating for justice and equality. He began his academic journey at the University of Alabama, majoring in Business Administration with a concentration in Economics, while also pursuing studies in pre-law and psychology. Supported by several scholarships, he graduated in August 2004 and gained valuable experience working as a legal assistant in the Office of the Judge Advocate General at AMCOM.
