Mrs. Simmons filed the Complaint,served Defendant along with Interrogatories. Defendant refused to Answer.Ms.Simmons failed to file a Motion to Compel on Defendant when time expired to Answer Interrogatories for Discovery.Defendant requested me to Answer Interrogatories but of course the questions are very personal and private.I refused,as the Defendant refused,keeping in mind they were requesting personal and private information of me after refusing to Answer very basic questions about my work related injury.Not at all of the same caliber.From July-Nov 2021,Ms. Simmons breached fiduciary duty by failing to file a Motion to Compel but she refused.When I didn't agree with her way of practicing law she withdrew.Thankfully the Judge allowed the withdraw as I wanted to fire her but would've had to pay for all costs.I've replaced her with an Attorney who agrees with the mishandling of my case by Ms. Simmons. She filed Motion with wrong case subjects, someone else's medical info sent to me.
