    Representative Matters: Obtaining a defense verdict as lead counsel in jury trial in which the plaintiff claimed debilitating back injuries
    over $1 million in damages after he was rear-ended by an 18-wheeler while using a U-Haul tow dolly. Plaintiff claimed that the tow dolly lights were defective
    that U-Haul did not provide him with adequate warnings about the need for additional lighting on the vehicle being towed. The jury returned a defense verdict in less than thirty minutes.
    Arbitrating a serious personal injury case as lead counsel in Florida where the plaintiff alleged over $2 million in damages for a national moving rental equipment company.
    Assisting
    advising a natural gas company in a two-year NTSB investigation.
    Defending a Fortune 100 company in a class action lawsuit
    individual cases alleging personal injuries
    property damage resulting from a train derailment, as well as assisting in the related NTSB investigation.

    RICO case where the alleged damages were in excess of $100 million.
    Defending a food manufacturing company in state
    federal lawsuits in which the plaintiffs alleged that odor nuisances affected their property values.
    Obtaining dismissal of an FLSA collective action claim following a week long bench trial on behalf of a large, national luxury goods retailer.
    Obtaining summary judgment for manufacturing client in Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) claim.
