mr. jones is not attorney I would recommend to anyone why because he did not push the issues I had going on. I had proof for court to prove my case. was any of my proof used or brought up? absolutely not! I was not happy or no was it fair. he did not fight for my case like he should have. if a real attorney wanted to win his case and wanted to get a excellent review from their client then mr.jones should have stepped up and done his job and not take my money and quit or I wouldn't be where I'm at now.

I hired this attorney to get me off of a disorderly conduct and resisting arrest charge. I am a single mother with two small children. I am a tax paying and productive member of society. I went to the police to get assistance as a result of my small children and I being stalked for the past five years. The police arrested me for being disorderly. My arrest was not justified; however, I had to deal with it. This man, Joshua Jones, the attorney, showed up to the courthouse on the day of court without any pre-brief or pep talk or anything. Contrary to that fact, he was looking rather dapper and seemed to be prepared on the day of court. I would not hire this Attorney, he did not return my calls and he didn't file the proper paper work. when we went to court for one thing it turn out to be for something else. he was not ready to plead my case so it had to be rescheduled. after a week he still didn't file the paperwork that need to be filled when I asked him about it he told me he had a hundred and seventy -five cases and he was in the middle of a murder case. when asked for my money back he told me I was crazy.
