Hired Attorney Mr. James Spencer III

Terrible Attorney. He represented my firm and did not resolve the TV advertising rate. He dragged out the case to earn more legal fees and forced my company to pay overcharges! He did nothing for my complaint, as the TV station never ran the ads. My stores were in Disney, who was excellent in resolving the matter. Their legal department represented my interests with professional expertise! I would NEVER use Mr. Spencer or recommend him. In my opinion. “He is slow and lazy,” per Mrs. Mary Reynolds, in Birmingham, Alabama.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
