About Mr. Brandon A. Jackson

Brandon devotes his practice to defending malpractice claims against long-term care providers and advising health care clients on complex regulatory compliance and risk management issues. In addition to being a lawyer, he is a licensed nursing home administrator and relies on his experience working in a skilled nursing facility to provide a practical perspective to the legal advice he provides to clients. He has extensive experience with the Alabama certificate of need and licensure process, long-term care provider contracts and policies, federal and state survey compliance, and billing and collections. He also advises clients on a variety of employment-related legal issues, including employee discipline, employment discrimination, retaliation, and harassment.
