Corinne joined Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP in 2025, practicing in the area of Public Law with a focus on land use, zoning, and municipal matters. She advises developers, business owners, and municipalities, on complex planning and real estate issues.
Prior to joining Coughlin & Gerhart, Corinne built a broad foundation in public law and municipal practice at a firm in Secaucus, New Jersey. She first served as a Paralegal, and a Law Clerk gaining hands-on experience in public finance, environmental law, and real estate transactions, before becoming an Associate Attorney in the firm’s land use and planning group. In that role, she regularly appeared before boards and municipal bodies, prepared redevelopment plan amendments, and handled matters ranging from landlord-tenant disputes to guardianship proceedings and estate planning.
Corinne also gained valuable public-sector experience with the City of Bayonne Law Department and Municipal Court, supporting municipal attorneys and prosecutors, and earlier interned with the Connecticut General Assembly for Deputy Speaker Kevin Ryan, where she earned a General Assembly Citation for exemplary service. She has also volunteered with Pony Power Therapies in Mahwah, New Jersey, where she assisted children with special needs in equine therapy programs. Corinne looks forward to establishing long-term roots in the region while serving clients.
