Connor L. Hartman is Special Counsel with Hinman, Howard & Kattell, LLP in its Montrose, Pennsylvania office. Connor is a general practitioner who handles a wide range of legal matters, including, family law, criminal defense, civil litigation, estate-related issues/litigation, general litigation, and appellate work. Connor is committed to providing thoughtful, strategic advocacy tailored to each client’s unique circumstances.
Connor earned his law degree with multiple distinctions recognizing both his academic excellence and practical advocacy skills. He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law with a J.D., magna cum laude, in 2021 and graduated from the Pennsylvania State University in 2018 with a B.A. in Political Science.
During his time at Penn State Law, he was selected as a member of the prestigious Woolsack Society and received Certificates of Recognition in Public Interest, Advocacy and Litigation, Taxation, Families, Children, and the Law, and Criminal Law. He was also honored with the CALI Award in Criminal Procedure, reflecting the highest level of achievement in that subject. Prior to law school, Connor distinguished himself academically by being named Student of the Year in both Political Science and Foreign Language (German) in 2017.
Connor is a Susquehanna County native and is a member of the Susquehanna County Bar. In his free time outside of the office, he enjoys hunting and golfing.
