Mr. Konrad brings more than 26 years of professional experience to the firm, including a distinguished career as a General Counsel at a major aerospace contractor, where he advised on complex legal, regulatory, and business matters within a highly regulated, global environment. His extensive background in all aspects of corporate operations, contracts, claims, joint ventures, strategic agreements, mergers & acquisitions, employment law, licensing, cyber & security, privacy, and risk management gives him a practical, solutions-driven perspective that clients value.
During his tenure at the major aerospace contractor, Christopher worked closely with executive leadership, engineers, U.S. and international government customers/agencies, and business teams providing strategic legal guidance on compliance, business, and organizational decision-making. Christopher also was instrumental in proactively advising his clients on all phases of commercial and government contracting, including contract procurement, performance, litigation, and claims. His experience navigating complex high-stakes legal matters for a Fortune 500 company allows him to anticipate challenges, assess risk, and deliver clear, actionable advice to the client.
