The Meisner Law Group, P.C. is a law firm with an office in Bingham Farms, MI. At this office location, there are 5 lawyers practicing condominium law, real estate, corporate law and 6 other areas of law.
The Law firm gave us a coarse of action that seemed reasonable to solve our issues. Then we signed a contract. Their legal strategy changed immediately and was totally conflicted with the original advice. In the end they soaked us for a ton of money and never resolved our issues. In our attempts to resolve our concerns with their law firm Mr. Miesner became very violent & verbally abusive while mocking us because of our disabilities. In my opinion this Law Firm is not to be trusted, Scammers!
Bob Meisner should have his law license suspended. They double billed us (him and his former associate, Robert K Siegel who was fired from the firm.. I'm sure Meisner threw him under the bus to protect himself from a potential malpractice suit that will be file by our board against them ) Meisner has violent outbursts and is unable to control his emotions. Siegel is a smart aleck who seems to enjoy making jokes about his clients and lie to them . They actually try to order us as to any decisions that needed to be made. The law firm will squeeze every penny they can out of their clients. They ought to be investigated by the State bar as to their unsavory depraved business practices and ethics. I can't stress enough how this law firm should be avoided at all costs. Just ask anyone who practices in the business of condo law, any HOA they represented and any management company. Their reputation is well known in the industry
Hired ML in good faith to resolve our condo issue quickly, with minimal legal fees. All we received was verbal, and emotional abuse. The way we were treated was shocking! They will find ways to pad their bill. Watch out, they are only in it to scam money from you. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!
This firm is unethical. MEISNER will over charge and undeliver. After you sign the only time you hear from him or his associate is demanding more money. Then when you try to communicate and ask them questions They are verbally abusive. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!!!
