Mr. Angelas has over thirty-eight years of property and casualty litigation experience. He has participated in over 4,000 litigated cases, many involving wrongful death, catastrophic injuries, significant property damage or complex legal issues. He has been a shareholder with Alexander & Angelas, P.C. since 1992. His representative clients include dozens of nationally recognized motor carriers, insurance companies, and corporations. While a Special Attorney General representing the State of Michigan he represented the State in litigated claims. He has extensive trial and ADR practice experience. His primary practice focus is the representation of defendants against catastrophic injury claims, significant motor carrier cases, complex commercial and contractual actions and insurance litigation. He lectures on topics including Michigan’s Auto No-Fault Statute, auto negligence liability and Michigan litigation practice and procedure.
