Hired Attorney Lauren M. Underwood

Lauren had her law license suspended in 2010. These were the charges. "The Attorney Disciplinary Board found Lauren guilty of the following misconduct. Neglected a client’s legal matter Failed to seek lawful objectives of his client Failed to keep client informed about status of legal matter Failed to comply with client’s reasonable requests for information Failed to explain matter to client to extent necessary to permit client to make informed decisions regarding representation Knowingly revealed client confidences or secrets Provided financial assistance to client in connection with pending litigation Knowingly made misrepresentations (lied) of fact surrounding ethics investigation Failed to respond to request for info from Disciplinary agency (Up Yours, said Lauren!)"

Hired Attorney Lauren M. Underwood

Beware! I felt taken advantage of while mourning my loved one. She was nice until you question anything, then was very rude. I received poor legal advice, that costed the estate. It appears that they prolong closing out your Estate to charge more outlandish fees. Their costs do not make any sense and appear to be inflated. This experience left me not trusting attorneys. I would not recommend using this office. I wish someone would have warned me!
