In my opinion, he is the worst attorney I have ever worked with. A judge told him he was shocked how he had mismanaged my case. In my opinion, due to his mismanagement, his filing incorrectly a number of times, and his inability to get important things done, I lost a great deal of money. In order to get some of my money I paid in fees returned, I had to sign a document saying I would not go after him for malpractice.
