Hired Law Firm

Hired Lauren to take care of my child custody case. I was very unsatisfied at how long it took to get thru what should have been a fairly easy case. It was next to impossible to speak to her. My phone calls remained unanswered not to mention that I was charged a minimum of $20 each and every time I called the office whether it was to find out what was going on with my case or to schedule an appt. I would never hire this attorney ever again! In the end she did get done what needed to be done.

Hired Attorney Lauren Phelps

Lack of follow through on motions submitted.
Lack of preparation for trial.
No objections in court.
In general, her "preparation" if any, seemed to only take place at the respondent's table in court or in the hall before trial. Poor advice and constantly switching what she said she was going to do with what she actually did (or rather "didn't do). Run, do not walk, away from this lawyer.
