Debra Berley was an absolutely horrible lawyer. I recently received a speeding ticket in Nassau County. Not only did she refuse to even meet with me to discuss the matter, but she also bypassed anything I told her I wanted to do with the case and took matters into her own hands after a countless number of emails to her. She waited until the day I was going out of the country to tell me she settled my case (not on the terms I agreed with) knowing that I could not do anything about it. Do NOT use!

I did meet with client in office had phone and email conversations with her Without a clean record I got her a 6 point speed reduced to a 2 point non speed and a reduced fine. Did not get a compliant. from her until way after ticket was taken care of.
