Do not hire this attorney for anything related to tenant-landlord issues. This attorney wound up costing the landlord double to cost to evict the tenant due to the attorney not covering all his bases to stop tenant initiated continuances from being possible. The cost of the continued legal expenses while the attorney was learning how tenants fight the eviction process, and the continued loss of rental income and damage to the property is all due to this attorney’s negligence. This attorney is rude, does not listen to landlord concerns and inputs, does not give any recommendations on how to protect landlord interests while awaiting district court trial, and arrogant in not handling criticism of his very poor performance. The guy comes across as a bully to the client. Do not think he will be a bully with the opposing counsel because he will not. What should have been a simple, by the books eviction wound up being a nightmare due to this attorney.
