I am very satisfied. I really like how Dave Tomkins explained everything to me in every day language and didn't ever make me feel stupid when I had a question. Filing my claim was very transparent and easy. I was always able to reach someone via email or phone whenever I had a question.

Hired Attorney David Tompkins

He took the time to ensure that all matters (injury, pain, time away from work, doctor's visits) were handle in such a manner as to reduce further anxiety. Mr. Tompkins provided excellent service; he was confident, reassuring and knowledgeable of his area of expertise.

Sharon Tompkins is the most loud, foul mouthed, acerbic, and ill-mannered “professional” that I have ever encountered. I’m unsure how any with such limited control over control their emotions could ever practice law.
