Dan is the most ethical, knowledgeable and professional attorney. My wife and I are forever grateful to him for representing, supporting and guiding us through an extremely complex construction case. Dan has in depth knowledge about construction and all the issues related to it. He fought our case like it was his case from day one. Dan is patient, approachable, calculated, listens to his clients’ needs and strategizes his plan of action in the most thoughtful manner. I strongly recommend Mr. Willard, he was able to get me through a legal situation that arose from an ex employee of mine. From the fist time I sat down with Dan in his office he made me feel at ease.He listened to me explain the circumstances and then immediately charted a course of action. He didn't make unrealistic promises, he told me what i can reasonably expect to be the end result and he guided me every step of the way. In the end everything went as he told me it would.
