About Adam L Vangrack

Adam Van Grack has had significant experience assisting individuals, corporations, small businesses, and nonprofits on a broad range of legal problems in trial courts and on appeals. Specifically, Adam has extensive experience in civil litigation, business law, appeals, environmental law, contract disputes, real estate/property law, and recreation law. Adam’s legal advice and legal opinions have been featured in many different national and local publications, including The Wall Street Journal, The Washington Post, The New York Times, and The Baltimore Sun. As a native Washingtonian who attended Richard Montgomery High School, Adam regularly counsels numerous Maryland and Washington, DC businesses and individuals on various corporate and legal matters on an ongoing basis.   Adam’s litigation and appeals practice addresses a broad range of civil litigation issues, including contract disputes, property disputes, financial disputes, real estate matters, environmental law, technology disputes, securities fraud, bankruptcy matters, liability problems, toxic torts, and outdoor recreation matters.  Adam regularly and effectively negotiates settlements of these same types of civil disputes.   Adam also has an extensive expertise in legal ethics and professional responsibility.  Adam has served as an expert witness on Legal Ethics and Professional Responsibility in the Circuit Court of Maryland, and he currently serves on the Montgomery County Bar Association’s Legal Ethics Committee.  Adam was also appointed by the Governor of Maryland to a commission to provide advice regarding juvenile justice issues.  If you have a problem related to legal ethics or legal malpractice, Adam can help.
