Jeanette has been with us since inception. In the early days, there were just a few of us. As we grew, she helped us with customer and vendor agreements and also offered guidance from both a legal and business perspective (she totally gets the business side too). 25 years later, and a much larger company (now 30+ employees), we are still happy with our initial corporate setup, and all the guidance we have been given over the years. The most valuable part of working with Jeanette is her ability to jump in quickly. Just this last week, a new (totally unexpected) legal challenge arose. Having no experience with this new topic, I sent everything I had to Jeanette. She wrote back almost immediately, setting out a path to make things right again.
