TDH is an excellent law firm. Joe Casavecchia was superb. He was quick in replying to me. He fought hard for me. He was kind. He took time with me and explained things as we went along. I would very much recommend this firm and specifically, Joe.
He did not return calls in a timely manner. Did not file proper legal paperwork in a timely manner. Took us over 5 years to close the probate on the will. He also charged us twice for the same services! Would NOT use him again
2 minutes ago I would like all of logan county to know this office uses unethical tactics on senior citizen clients. My mother simply wanted an appointment to speak with Howard Traul. When she called his office she is told that he makes his own schedule and then is not given any information on how to schedule. In a last ditch effort to get her concerns answered she was put with an individual who used interrogation like tactics to basically chase her out of the office so they didn't have to be bothered with her request. I am appalled at how an attorney that she has been working with for so many years and knows that she has health issues would treat a 74 year old woman so poorly. I am willing to speak with someone about this issue so the family can get some resolution to the unjust treatment my mother has received at the hands of these people.
Six months went by and I'm waiting on a land sale of my fathers house to get started. Yes get started. I've been waiting for this office to get off its butt and do something to help me help my father. Six months went by phone call after phone call and email after email pleading for help and still nothing. I stressed to them that I am a member of the US Air Force and have an assignment to Korea and time was a priority to have it finished before I left and nothing.
