Hired Attorney Mr. Wayne Revack

I hired Wayne to handle my divorce but had to fire him after temporary orders. You would've thought he was the attorney for my ex the way I felt strong-armed to accept her terms during mediation. I protested the terms of the temporary agreement but, ultimately, I followed my attorney's advice and signed it. I literally couldn't buy gas and groceries under the deal he negotiated and convinced me to sign. My ex got to keep half the money from a company we co-owned and she was able to walk away from all the debt payments. He never answered a direct question that I asked him: Which basic bill was I supposed to skip paying so that I can afford gas and groceries. All I got from Wayne was, "You just gotta figure it out." To make matters worse, he was negligent in reviewing the wording of the temporary orders which allowed the other side to file an extension for the filing of the tax return which prevented me from filing bankruptcy because of the temporary orders mediation. It's been hell.

Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are the gold standard in attorney ratings, and have been for more than a century. These ratings indicate attorneys who are widely respected by their peers for their ethical standards and legal expertise in a specific area of practice.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*
