In my opinion and observations as a former law-enforcement officer on the few occasions I sat down with the attorney in my professional opinion was intoxicated. One time when he set up you must fell over. Should up at a meeting with a pad of paper with no pen. His speech was slurred. I drove almost an hour with no money for a 30 minute meeting at the courthouse Cousy doesn't have a place to practice from which not supposed to do. The meeting continued in his vehicle where I could smell alcohol on his breath he made the attempt to put his keys in the ignition three times and brought them on the floor of the car. Even items and information that was sent to them by email he screwed up. Even motion filed in the court after relieving him of his duties I had to file a motion in court to try to fix what he did. Although he only worked three weeks inflated invoice took all my money. Would not trust. First meeting put one dollar on the table as a retainer knowing I have no money he kept the dol
