My first opportunity to meet Helen was when my mother needed to update her will and other legal documents. That was our first time meeting with Helen, as she took over my mother's file from another lawyer who had left the firm. Helen was thoroughly prepared and knowledgeable about Mom's needs; the interaction showed me that Helen cared about her clients.
