About Antoine Bou Abboud

Antoine Bou Abboud joined SADER & Associates in 2015. He is responsible for a part of the Special Projects Department and coordinates in most Private Legal Projects powered by SADER Group. His current main duties are Drafting Proposals, Legal Documents, MoM, Correspondences, and he takes part of the Reporting System of the SADER Group.

Antoine is specialized in Corporate, Business, Banking Law and Agreements. His main practices are focused on Negotiation, Drafting Legal Letters in addition to a deep knowledge in E-Commerce and International Trade.

His varied experience covers Legal services, consultancy, drafting legal letters, agreements and basically corporate Law.

Antoine has attended several conferences and seminars and has assisted in efficient workshops organized by National or International Organizations (Arab Lawyers Union, Acojurist, FATCA and many more) and has successfully completed the course on “The FIDIC Contracts” provided by Conerstone Seminars of London.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
