Ms. Lu's main areas encompasses foreign direct investment, cross border merger & acquisition, private equity investment, overseas listing as well as general corporate and commercial matters.
Ms. Lu has served companies in a variety of industries of manufacturing, food, telecommunication, media, technology, internet, entertainment, retailing, medical, developer, construction, and education.
Ms. Lu has rich experience in foreign direct investment and cross border mergers & acquisitions. She has represented numerous multi-national companies in investments and acquisitions in Mainland China, including setup of joint ventures, wholly foreign-owned enterprises and VIE structures, share acquisition, asset acquisition and corporate restructuring. Ms. Lu also supported companies in employee settlement in their merger & acquisition deals and corporate restructuring cases.
Ms. Lu advises venture capital and private equity funds on the formation of new funds and investment into portfolio companies.
Ms. Lu also advised issuers on the initial public offering and listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, as well as compliance matters after listing. At pre-IPO stage, Ms. Lu supported issuers in pre-IPO restructuring and pre-IPO investment matters.
In addition, Ms. Lu regularly advises companies on various legal issues arising from the daily operation, including contract, labor and compliance related issues.
