Since 1995, she has exclusively focused her practice on probate administration and litigation. In 2005, she co-founded the esteemed law firm of Barradale, O’Connell, Newkirk & Dwyer, P.A. in Bedford, New Hampshire, alongside esteemed estate planning attorneys David Barradale, Colleen O’Connell, and Maureen Dwyer. Following the retirement of Attorneys Barradale and Dwyer, the estate planning practice of Barradale, O’Connell, Newkirk & Dwyer, P.A. closed its doors on May 31, 2022. However, Attorney Newkirk remains dedicated to her probate litigation practice in Bedford, New Hampshire, operating from the same building that housed Barradale, O’Connell, Newkirk & Dwyer for 17 years.
