Cary is top notch! I highly recommend! I have used him multiple times and come out on top of every situation. If you got a case in Lynchburg or surrounding areas, you need to go see Cary! You will take the time listen to the information you give him and come up with a very strategic and thoughtful way of approaching the situation! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I recommend Cary for anyone looking for representation and I think he's an amazing lawyer. The best I've had. I am thankful for him. He helped win my case and got it dropped. Mr. Moseley is the most dedicated, kind, helpful attorney I've ever had the pleasure to work with. His home-town friendliness, and his being so down to earth makes one at ease during navigating difficult times and legal matters. Mr. Moseley's dedication to help, even while on vacation, eases your mind knowing you have someone on your side. Mr. Moseley went out of his way to help me. He answered questions, sorted through superfluous emails and messages and continually responded in texts and calls all throughout his vacation. His dedication to helping others is above and beyond and I will certainly hire him in the future if the need arises. I even offered to pay him for all his time and he refused!

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
