From the front desk to the conference room, all employees are very courteous and attentive. Of course, most of the casework and meetings are with one of the attorneys' paralegals, but they are highly knowledgeable and very prompt to communicate with the client to keep him/her updated on the case. I wasn't happy with the end result as I felt that my case was solid as did the paralegal, but that the particular attorney that I had didn't wish to pursue a local acquaintance. Case crashed.
