The firm is slow to respond to client inquiries . They delegate responsibility. Their costs are high and their settlements are low.
Firm handled an asbestos est. 02,03,04, Mr. Coons is the worst attorney ever - Positive diagnose for intestinal lung disease received less than $400 over a span of few years until I said it isn't worth it to the victim while this lawyer getting wealthy from those suffering. Actually had 3M contacted me directly years later asking if I was still part of a class suit with a firm in MS; and, I said no. Find out firm worked with Mr. Coons. Don't get involved with this group.
I hired them to work my case, they told me "I" had to do the/their work! So needless to say, they want to be compensated with YOUR money, that YOU deserve, that you had to do THEIR job to get. I have ABSOLUTELY no idea what those paralegals do all day???? What do you do all day???? You sure as heck can't be working if we're doing your job!?!? I feel also that I was discriminated against because it was an opioid case for addiction. BECAUSE, I was put on pain management and was prescribed them like candy not knowing they were extremely addictive... hmmm
Coon and associates took over my asbestos litigation from my local lawyer in my town it’s been a few years back they never did give me much money but it one time they sent me a check and I looked at the breakdown sheet they made more money than I did which was very minimal anyway I questioned it and once I questioned it I only received I think one more check for a very minimal amount and haven’t heard another word from them in the last few years
