Very straight forward and thorough
Had a horrible experience with Mr. Tootle. There were huge mistakes in my case. I had to travel 12 hours of my weekend to see my kids because he failed to mention transportation in court. I had to write an affidavit the day before court. I should of had ample notice. I was half way to Beaufort for court and found out my court date was cancelled. I should of been aware of that in ample time. Mr. Tootle doesn’t communicate, untrustworthy, incompetent, and refuses to speak to clients when needed. You speak to the paralegal 90% of the time. They also don’t keep accurate reports of payments rendered. Had to go to state to get my refund. Please stay away from this lawyer if you want a good one.

He needs to be put out to pasture or at least bring in someone who will do some work. He does not follow-up, doesn't want to go to court, even with a strong case. And... he will criticize his own client rather than listen and act!
Charges and does nothing! Stay away!! A waste!
