Hired Attorney

Christopher Lempesis encouraged RE ages me strongly to sue attorneys who represented me in a personal injury case and performed very poorly and did.not allow me to go before a judge or a jury. I was not heard at all...I. am now dying from my injuries. Lempesis took $55,000.00 from a.70 year old woman with a traumatic brain injury from which I am dying. He did nothing and sent no invoices for work he says he did. Now, he is filing to be removed from my case and tells me he is keeping my $55,000.00 . I still have no accounting from him for how that huge amount was spent, and now he isn't going to represent me? We should all be in his field and.make 55,000.00 in five minutes of speaking to me and telling me I have a great case. myra@siberimaging.com is my email. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
