My litigation case was transferred to Nicole Boehler by the original lawyer in this firm that I retained. Apparently, she was too interested in my case, so she handed me off to Nicole without even consulting me. That said, I was very dissatisfied with Nicole Boehler. In my opinion, she was not aggressive and appeared to be more interested in preserving her relationship with the opposing counsel than in winning my case. Ms. Boehler also failed to correct her records to reflect my correct email address, even though she was given it several times; therefore, I did not receive several important communications in a timely manner. Most calls I made to her were never returned. I complained to the firm and made attempts to have Nicole removed from my case---to no avail. By some miracle, my case eventually settled, but I would never use this firm again. I found them to be overpriced for the services I received.
