(In my opinion, there are very few professionals out there who has ALL three qualities. Rick is one of the very few.) What makes him stand apart from the rest as well is that he takes time to listen to client's concerns (no matter how "trivial"), and he takes time to educate clients on how the law works, what their options are, and what are the pros and cons of each. At the outset of our initial interview with Rick which was conducted in a very relaxed but positive manner, I feel he explained the naturalization process in a very understandable way. All subsequent correspondence requesting information and copies of forms, etc. were relevant to the application and I believe helped speed up the whole process.
