I hired me koons because of many issues with Baldwin county legal system. Full of corruption. Koons took my 5 grand and ran off to Afghanistan, he wasn’t called to go he volunteered. Because of him, I not only lost a very strong case favorable to me but I had a $100,000.00 judgement against me per judge Wilters!!! He retired. Koons should have had my case set aside and had the Kostyra case throw out as meritless. Koons shows back up and does nothing. Joseph Shaw was my criminal attorney and he is above all of the rest of you so called lawyers and judges. He is ethical and Koons should have been disbarred . He was worse than criminal . I waited 6 years for my day in court but Wilters and Koons were no better than a crackhead or prostitute.
