i was burned. Chad Dudley at Locke's firm helped me. Chad changed the fee to 33.3%.i had to borrow $2500.Locke charged me interest on my own money until the balance was $3913.He could have just issued me my settlement check.He had no problem issuing checks when he got his settlement for himself and issued checks for vague expenses listed on the disbursement sheet.Chad stated he would only take %25 on the 2nd settlement.Locke's secretary said she had no knowledge of that and they took 35%.
