Brain has recently joined our firm after a 25 year career as an attorney with one of the largest property and casualty carriers in the world. Brian received his law degree from Louisiana State University in 1986. He limits his practice to commercial liability defense, products liability, general liability, serious injury, death, fire investigation/litigation and complex litigation in both state and Federal Courts. With regard to fire cases ge has been involved in the investigation and defense of fire cases with a potential exposure in excess of $10,000,000. Many times his early involvement in the investigation has resulted in claims being dropped or no suit ever being filed.

The Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings process is the gold standard due to its objectivity and comprehensiveness. Lawyers solicited for peer reviews include both those selected by the attorney being reviewed and lawyers independently selected by Martindale-Hubbell. All reviewers are verified as attorneys through Martindale-Hubbell’s extensive attorney database. Only attorneys practicing at least three years and receiving a sufficient number of reviews from non-affiliated attorneys are eligible to receive a Rating.

What are the different Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings?*

• AV Preeminent®: The highest peer rating standard. This rating signifies that a large number of the lawyer’s peers rank him or her at the highest level of professional excellence for their legal knowledge, communication skills and ethical standards.
