Helen B. Kelly is one of the finest Attorneys the State of Mississippi has in their Bar Association. She has a case cited within the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. The lower Courts did not rule in her Clients favor, but Helen Kelly petitioned the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals,Once the Justices of the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals reviewed the lower Court's decision they ruled Attorney Helen Kelly's motions to argue this case before the Justices had merit. Helen Kelly won for her Client.

Hired Attorney

Mrs. Kelly is one of the rudest most unprofessional people. She does not communicate well with clients and treats them like idiots. She becomes very agitated and does not like to answer questions or explain things. She does not care that decisions effect ones life.She demands thousands of dollars yet puts in the bare minimum of work. she shows up for court rushed, unprepared and uncooperative. You get the feeling she just wants your money. If you want a lawyer to fight for you she is not the one

Hired Attorney

Mrs. Kelly was cold, uncaring, and terribly rude. She treated me as if she had better things to do and could not wait to get me out of her hair. She barely answered my questions and tried to get away with doing as little work as possible. I feel like my case could have been handled much better than the she did for the money I paid her.
