I would recommend Charlie Baglan & Associates to anyone who is in need of representation for work related injuries, personal injuries, slip & falls, and/or social security disability matters. Charlie Baglan and his team of attorneys go the extra mile to get you the outcome you deserve. The attorneys are very personal and hands-on. They have your best interest in mind, not their pockets. Their legal staff are also quick to help. If you can't meet them in person, they will take care of you over the phone.

I hurt my neck and back at work installing HVAC. This firm didnt use my MRI's initially therefore my claim was denied and even put my injury date on a Sunday. They made me look like a liar to the judge and never got all my medical records. Charlie bullied me into taking a settlement the entire time they represented me. I fired him and hired another attorney dedicated to showing the truth in bad lawyers like larry and Charlie. You can also bet that they will drag your case long as possible
