Mr. Bill Arnold was very professional and hungry for the truth. He is knowledgeable and very understanding when listening to stories that are being dealt with harshly when the stories were not seen as they were told to the judge. Mr. Arnold inspecs and hunts for the truth. And when he finds out, you have been abused by the system, swiftly, and eagerly makes it right to his professional ability.
