JACK IS VERY KNOWLEDGABLE WITH THE NY STATE WORKMAN'S COMPENSATION SYSTEM. AS THE NEW YORK STATE INSURENCE FUND WAS DRAGGING THINGS OUT, JACK SENT A LETTER OUT THE SAME DAY AND THE STATE BEGAN RETURNING MY CALLS. I WAS AWARDED A GENEROUS AMOUNT IN A LUMP SUM, NOT THE 26 PAYMENTS OFFERED BY THE INSURANCE. HE CARRIES RESPECT OF FELLOW LAWYERS AND JUDGES THROUGHOUT THE STATE. HE WILL BE HONEST AND UP FRONT WITH YOU, ANSWERING ALL YOUR QUESTIONS BEFORE TAKING YOUR NEXT STEP.
