Hired Attorney Anthony Alva

Disregard the sour grapes by the anonymous client posting that "Atty Alva screwed us" as it's a false post. She was the reason we hired Anthony, her constant lying and false accusations wreaked havoc on our lives, and financial loss. Thanks to Anthony, we were able to recoup much of our losses and get this psycho out of our lives. Now Atty Anthony Alva is our go to attorney, and we definitely recommend Anthony for your legal matters.

Hired Attorney Anthony Alva

This guy asked for the landlord's name right off the bat. I found that unusual. I called with an issue regarding a security deposit and last month's rent. I am the tenant and I found out it was not in a tenant landlord escrow account. Atty. Alva never called me back. Our rent had gone up Jan 1,2021. After calling attorney Alva we got a letter from the landlord that he is going up April1,2021 another 200.00 a month. I believe attorney Alva contacted the landlord and screwed us.
