Doug works extremely well with businesses to try to right larger companies wrongs and explaining why and how he does that. It is unfair for larger corporations Fortune 1000 and above to take advantage of the smaller companies in the field to improve their profit margins and not allow fair competition from other companies. Doug was very responsive in getting us the money back that we over paid for raw materials and therefore lost profit because of their unfair business practices.
